How do I remove a blue box from my blank Word document? #M365AMA

In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:

“I have a problem with a document in word, where there is this blue box in the top of all pages, and I don’t know how to remove it, as I can’t mark it. I can open a new document, which is blank, but if I copypaste this current document into a new one, the blue box is still there. Anyone who can help?”
