What is the best way to share my calendar outside of my organization? #M365AMA

“Whats the best way to share a M365 calendar with people outside the organization who use Gmail, etc..? I created a shared mailbox with this calendar and added our internal employees with access but now they want some outside people to be able to view / add to this calendar. Any recommendations?”
